Where we ship

Checkout currently accepts United States delivery addresses only. International ordering is unavailable.

The checkout page states whether ordering is open. Coming-soon objects and unavailable sizes cannot be purchased.

Preparation

Orders ship from Far Rockaway, New York.

In-stock objects are prepared within 3–5 business days.

This is the preparation window before carrier transit, excluding weekends and holidays. If the house cannot ship within the stated window, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Shipping charge

United States shipping is a flat $15 USD per order, including orders containing multiple sets. International shipping rates are not configured and international checkout is unavailable.

The $15 charge applies once per order, including orders containing multiple sets. It is shown separately before payment.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated by Stripe using the delivery address and shown separately before payment.

Carriers and delivery

The house selects a suitable carrier. Any available service choices are shown before payment.

Transit times are estimates, separate from order preparation. Contact the house if a delivery is delayed or missing.

Contact wrichvelvyt@gmail.com with your order reference for tracking or delivery help. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the house before returning it.
