Return requests

A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.

These store terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How to start

Email wrichvelvyt@gmail.com with your order reference and reason for return before sending anything back. Approved return instructions and the return address are provided privately by email. The return address is not published on this site.

Do not ship a return before receiving the instructions. Keep the carrier tracking reference.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for fit or change-of-mind returns. WRICH VELVYT covers return shipping for incorrect or defective items.

For incorrect or defective items, contact the house before arranging return shipping so it can provide the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The house does not charge a restocking fee.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the house initiates the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Size exchanges

Email the house to request a size exchange. Exchanges depend on available stock; if a replacement is unavailable, the return and refund process applies.

Before shipment

Email wrichvelvyt@gmail.com promptly if you need to cancel. An order cancelled before shipment is refunded in full. Once shipped, the return process applies.

There are no live preorders or final-sale exclusions for the current Bone Set release.
