Who handles your information

Wrich Velvyt LLC operates this store. Contact wrichvelvyt@gmail.com for privacy questions or written correspondence instructions.

What we collect

Checkout collects your name, email address, delivery address, products, sizes and quantities. Order records include amounts, payment references, status, timestamps and fulfillment information. Messages you email to the house include the details you provide.

Hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs to operate their services and prevent abuse.

How information is used

Information is used to price and process orders, calculate tax, arrange delivery, send transactional confirmations, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, and keep required business records. A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing.

Payment details

Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout page. The house receives order and payment references and status, but does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes.

See Stripe’s privacy policy for its payment data practices.

Service providers

The store uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for order storage, Stripe for payments and tax calculation, and Resend for transactional emails. Carriers receive the delivery information needed to ship an order.

Providers receive information needed for those services. The house does not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Browser storage and tracking

Your browser stores the shopping bag and display preferences locally. Clearing browser data removes the bag. No customer account is created.

The site does not run advertising pixels, analytics cookies or session-recording tools. Payment and hosting providers may use necessary storage and security technologies on their own services.

VIP updates

If you choose VIP updates, we store your email address, optional first name, the consent wording and version, signup source, timestamps, confirmation status, and a hashed confirmation token in Neon. Resend delivers a confirmation email. You join the list only after confirming; the link expires after 24 hours. Confirmation attempts are limited, and hashed technical identifiers help prevent signup abuse.

You can cancel a pending signup or unsubscribe using the link in the confirmation email, or email the house. Unsubscribed and suppressed addresses are excluded from marketing. Consent and unsubscribe records are retained as needed to honor your choice and prevent unwanted messages; you may request deletion. Transactional order messages are separate from marketing, and a purchase does not subscribe you.

Retention and security

Order information is retained as needed to fulfill orders, handle support and returns, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Unneeded information is deleted or anonymized when those purposes no longer require it.

Access to order systems is restricted and connections are encrypted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Email wrichvelvyt@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. The house may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records must be kept for legal obligations or unresolved transactions.

The house will respond as required by applicable law. You may exercise the privacy rights available where you live without being penalized for doing so.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact the house if a child has submitted information so it can be addressed.
